Easy Return:
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days after you sign for the package.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Items can be opened or unopened, but must be new with original tags attached
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will issue a refund.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will not process any refund until the returned package is received and confirmed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, including:
Wrong color, size, fabric, or pattern
Item not as described
Package damaged upon arrival
Item stained or physically damaged
Please contact us immediately for a return or exchange.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is not due to quality issues or wrong items (e.g., wrong size ordered by customer), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
